Accused No.1 in Crime No.145 of 2024 of nandagudi Police Station, Bengaluru Rural District for offences punishable under Sections 103, 126(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 351(3), 61(2) and 45 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNS 2023') is before this Court in this successive bail petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail on medical grounds. 2. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.3483 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition vide order dated 17.03.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present petition claiming regular bail on medical grounds. This Court, vide order dated 25.04.2025 had directed the Public Prosecutor to secure the medical reports of the petitioner and make her submission on the next date of hearing. 4. The learned HCGP has now produced the medical reports of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner had suffered certain injuries on his head in a road traffic accident that had taken place in the year 2013. She refers to the medical report dated 09.06.2025 received from the Chief Medical officer, Central Prison and submits that the Medical Officer has stated that the petitioner is on medication for his ailment and he requires treatment by a Neurologist either at Victoria Hospital or at NIMHANS Hospital, Bengaluru. She submits that the said

Shri Tomy Sebastian, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner at this stage submits that a direction may be issued to the State Authorities to provide necessary treatment to the petitioner by a Neurologist at NIMHANS Hospital and this petition may be disposed off, reserving liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application, if need arises. 6. The submission of the learned Senior Counsel is placed on record. This petition is disposed off with a direction to the Jail Authorities to provide appropriate treatment to the petitioner by a Neurologist at NIMHANS Hospital, Bengaluru. The petitioner is granted liberty to renew his bail application, if need arises, in future.
