Case No. 96 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 109, 115(2), 118, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- IV, Giridih. 3. On 28.03.2025 at about 6.00 am, the petitioners along with co- accused persons had assaulted the husband and son of the informant, due to which her husband, Ashok Kumar Bhadani died during course of treatment. 4. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that the informant-party had demolished the wall of the accused persons, due to which there was some altercation resulting in the said occurrence. 5. Mr. Kamdeo Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
