Mazumder, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. K. K. Bhatta, learned counsel for the respondent. The present application has been filed for allowing the respondent/applicant No.1 on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount from the Registry of this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the mother of the deceased has already been expired. The Insurance company has deposited 50% of the awarded and has made no objection to withdraw the same amount in favour of the appellant No.1 i.e. wife of the deceased. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed to the Registry to release the 50% of the awarded amount in favour of the appellant No.1 i.e. wife of the deceased. Accordingly, the appellant No.1 is at liberty to withdraw the deposited amount as per order of this Court dated 10.06.2024, after proper verification and identification by their engaged counsel.
