Case No.57 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and there were 19 to 20 persons were present on the spot. He further submits that even the date of occurrence is not disclosed in the FIR and the injury is said to be grievous in nature, however, on what day, the said injury has been received, that is not disclosed. He further submits that the petitioner has been implicated due to village politics. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 4. Considering that allegations are made that 19 to 20 persons were present on the spot and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and further, even the date of occurrence is not disclosed and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.57 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
