Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have reached a settlement in the matter in terms of which the Petitioner has agreed to pay the Respondent Rs.2.25 lacs in 3 equal installments. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner shall make the payments to the Respondent as per the following schedule: (i) On 15.09.2025 : Rs. 75,000/-; (ii) On 31.12.2025 : Rs. 75,000/-; and (iii) On 28.02.2026 : Rs. 75,000/-. 4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, from the Respondent submits that this offer is acceptable to him. 5. Accordingly, the parties shall appear before the learned Trial Court on the date already fixed i.e., 15.09.2025 including to record their respective statements. The Petitioner submits that he will be carrying a bank draft for the first instalment before the learned Trial Court on that day. 7. The Petition is disposed of in view of the settlement reached between the parties. The pending Application also stands closed. 8. The parties will act based on the digitally signed copy of the order.
