Mr. Ramesh Sharma, learned counsel, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to regularize his services on completion of seven years w.e.f. 01.01.2015 alongwith all consequently benefits. Prayer has been made on the strength of decision rendered in Mr. Ishwar Dyal Vs. Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Nauni2. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No.4469 of 2022 decided alongwith connected matters on 25.09.2023 - 2 - 3. It is, however, seen from the record that petitioner has not preferred representation for redressal of his grievances in light of aforesaid decision. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case he is permitted to file representation to the respondents/Competent Authority for redressal of his grievances and the respondents/Competent Authority is directed to decide the same within a time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this prayer. 5. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioner to file representation within two weeks, which shall be decided by the respondents /Competent Authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law and also keeping in view the aforesaid decision.
