This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Title Appeal No.369 of 2006 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Alipore. 2. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal has been preferred against a preliminary decree passed in a partition suit and the same is pending since 2006. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Appellate Court to dispose of Title Appeal No.369 of 2006 pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties along with connected applications. 5.
