It is the case made out on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners had filed an application before the respondents seeking approval of plan for construction of a building in the property bearing Sy. No.63/10 of Ibnivalavadi Village, Madikeri Taluk, Kodagu District. 3. It is submitted that though all documents have been furnished, no decision has been taken by the respondents. It is further submitted that application is made on 05.07.2024 and till date, no decision has been taken. 4. Sri. Nagendra Naik, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that application at - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:14931 WP No. 9403 of 2025 Annexure-A will be disposed off at the earliest within a period not later than 30 days from today. 5. Petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent within two weeks from today and the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application at Annexure-A as is permissible under law. Needless to state the petitioner is to furnish necessary clarifications or documents as may be required to enable the Authorities to dispose off the application at Annexure-A. 6.
