CMP No. 19209 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of non-applicants (appellants) and they have no objection, if in case money, which is lying deposited in the Registry, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. The appeal, in the case at hand, was decided on 01.05.2012 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings are pending with respect to the aforesaid matter before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the amount, which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon. The amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon in terms of their shares be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 8 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities.
