Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 61(2), 118(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
On 22.01.2025 at about 03:30 P.M., the accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the son of the informant. However, he had a providential escape. Thereafter, the accused persons dragged him to an isolated place and assaulted him, causing injuries.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was further submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. It was finally submitted that co-accused Md. Asif Hussain @ Md. Ashif @ Asif Hussain has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.6141/2025 and the case of the petitioners stands on similar footing.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
