This Court, by the order dated 14.08.2025, directed the petitioner/accused to deposit the cheque amount of Rs.10,36,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is now brought to his notice that at the time of filing an appeal, the petitioner deposited 20% of the cheque amount, i.e., Rs.2,07,200/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seven Thousand and Two hundred only) to the credit of C.C.No.316 of 2017 on 25.11.2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruppur. Considering the fact that the petitioner already deposited 20% of the cheque amount, i.e., Rs.2,07,200/- to the credit of C.C.No.316 of 2017, he is directed to deposit the balance 80% of the cheque amount, i.e., Rs.8,28,800/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Twenty Eight thousand Eight hundred only) to the credit of C.C.No.316 of 2017, on or before 30.10.2025. 4.
