City Kotwali, Rajnandgaon in Crime No. 82/2025 before Special Judge (Additional Sessions Judge), Atrocities Act, Rajnandgaon for offence under section 85,86(a) B.N.S, 498(A) & 376(B) IPC and 3(2) (V) (a), 3(1)b(ii) of Atrocities Act and further be pleased to quash the First information Report dated 19.02.2025 under section 85, 86 (a) of B.N.S. lodged against the petitioner vide Crime No. 82/2025, registered at P.S.-City Kotwali, Rajnandgaon, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order-sheet has not been filled, by which the trial court has taken cognizance of the offence and seeks permission of the court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh along with complete order-sheets. 3.
