Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proceedings filed by the petitioner under the Domestic Violence Act are presently pending before the Court of learned JMFC Jhandutta, District Bilaspur, H.P. She submits that in the light of the fact that the petitioner is residing with her children at Manali and as she has no source of income and in these circumstances, as it is very difficult for her to pursue the petition filed by her at Jhandutta, the case be ordered to be transferred to the Court of learned JMFC Manali, District Kullu, H.P. 2 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration in the fact that the petitioner has two grown up children and she is residing with her parents in District Kullu, this Court is of the considered view that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, the case is ordered to be transferred to the Court of learned JMFC Manali, District Kullu, H.P. The Court is further persuaded by the fact that, it stands averred in para-5 of the petition, the petitioner is suffering from several gynecological problems and is also under treatment from Life Line Care Hospital Kullu. 4. The petition is, accordingly, allowed as prayed for and the case filed by the petitioner against the respondent under the Domestic Violence Act, pending adjudication before the learned JMFC Jhandutta, District Bilaspur, H.P. is ordered to be transferred to the Court of learned JMFC Manali, District Kullu, H.P.
