The matter has been listed on the note of Assistant Registrar IV along with communication of Learned District Judge Hooghly dated 6th January, 2026. 2. Learned District Judge, Hooghly has forwarded the letter of Sri Kishen Kumar Agarwal, Ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Arambagh, Hooghly. 3. Perusal of the report of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge indicates that MAT Suit No. 319 of 2023 was decided on 21st May, 2025 and finally the decree was sealed and signed on 5th June, 2025. Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge has sent this communication, in view of the orders of this Court dated 1st May, 2025 and 11th June, 2025 whereby initially the short stay was granted in respect of proceedings in MAT Suit No. 319 of 2023 and finally the same was transferred from the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Arambagh to the Court of learned District Judge, South 24 Parganas, Alipore. 4. Perusal of the report also indicates that petitioner /wife was ex-parte and, therefore, was not in the knowledge of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court. 5. The report reveals that the matter had already been decided before the order of transfer and the order dated 1st May, 2025 was conveyed to the learned Trial Court only after 21st May, 2025. The report be taken on record. 6. In view of the report the order dated 11th June, 2025 and 1st May, 2025 stands infructuous. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.) 2
