This Court, vide order dated 11/01/2024, passed in MCRC No. 8630/2023, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Ishwari Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with GOURI MUDALIAR Digitally signed by GOURI MUDALIAR Date: 2025.06.12 20:24:10 +0530 2 law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 11/01/2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS) Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 17/04/2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, evidence of 7 prosecution witnesses has been recorded so far and only one important witness remains to be examined. Despite repeated issuance of arrest warrants, the prosecution witness has remained absent, and their evidence could not be recorded due to which trial could not be concluded within stipulated time. Hence, she prays for grant of further time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
