The present application is filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the F.I.R. dated 01.02.2019 in connection with Bhangagarh PS Case No. 20/2019 registered under Section 120(B)/420/408 IPC read with Section 4/5 of the Prize Chit Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after completion of the investigation, the Investigating Authority has filed Final Report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. being FR No. 367/2022 dated 29.10.20222. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present criminal petition. Accordingly, same stands dismissed. Interim order if any stands vacated.
