The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 08.02.2025 giving rise to the Case Crime No. 0016 of 2025, under Section- 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (in short "Gangsters Act"), Police Station- Airwa Katra, District- Auraiya. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have been implicated in this case on the basis of single base case. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., by the court the respondents shall not arrest the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report dated08.02.2025 subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
