The same is taken on record. Copy thereof already has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. On perusal of the letter it appears that the CDVO, Nabarangpur has intimated the office of the Advocate General that, a decision has been taken to credit the amount which was deducted to the account of the petitioner and accordingly a bill has been made and the coupon has already been issued to the petitioner. 4.
