It is submitted the alleged altercation between the petitioners and the 2"^ respondent and others has led to filing of the complaint and though the injuries suffered are neither serious nor life threatening, the police have registered a crime under Section 109(1) as well. 2. This Court requested the Additional Public Prosecutor to verify the wound certificate. Today, it is submitted that wound certificate is still awaited. 3. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Rayachoty U/G Police Station, Annamayya district, is directed to complete the investigation, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing final report/charge sheet after investigation of crime. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
