Mr. S. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, PNRD puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3; Mr. P. Respondent Nos.6 and 7 are the proforma respondents. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 have not seriously opposed the application for condonation of delay. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and having gone through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 104 days occasioned in filing the connected writ appeal. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 104 days occasioned in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
