Radha Kesarwani And Another Opposite Party :- Vivek Sharma Counsel for Applicant :- Onkar Nath Vishwakarma,Praveen Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- C.S.C.,Narendra Kumar Tiwari,Pawan Kumar Singh Kaushik Hon'ble Shekhar B. Saraf,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The respondent Nos.7 and 8 in Writ-C No.1819 of 2025 has filed the present review application challenging the order dated February 7, 2025 passed in the said writ petition. 3. Upon hearing counsel for the parties, we find that there is no material in the present review application. The petitioner in the aforesaid writ petition is occupying the premise, and accordingly, the electricity connection is required to be given to him. We make it clear that we have not gone into the factual aspect whether the petitioner in the said writ petition is illegally occupying the said premises. 4. Keeping in view the umpteen judgments of the Apex Court with regard to right to electricity to be granted to even a trespasser, the order dated February 7, 2025 has been passed. 5. Accordingly, no interference is required. The review application is rejected. 6. The applicants in the present review application are at liberty to approach appropriate court for redressal of their grievances. Order Date :- 3.3.2025 Kuldeep (Vipin Chandra Dixit, J.) (Shekhar B.
