Today, respondents 1 & 2 / contemnors 1 & 2 are present before this Court. It is seen that as against the order order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred writ appeals in WA.No.1199 of 2024, etc batch, in which the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 26.06.2025, ordered that the respondents will keep 1146 posts earmarked for regular absorption for Guest Lecturers vacant and selection process for others can go on. 3. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed at present.
