ANAND VENKATESH, J. gya ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents will pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.10,54,800/- towards gratuity. Learned Additional Advocate General further submitted that all the other amounts have been paid to the petitioner. 2.Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount due and payable to the petitioner towards gratuity is Rs.12,52,575/-, whereas, what is sought to be paid is only Rs.10,54,800/-/. 3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General and considering the fact that the main writ petitions are pending, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, the sum of Rs.10,54,800/- shall be paid to the petitioner, on or before 05.01.2026. 4.It is left open to both sides to raise all the issues in the pending writ petitions.
