However, since no further action was taken by the respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint, after enquiring respondents 3 & 4, enquiry in CSR No. 654 of 2025, dated 06.10.2025 was conducted and closed on 07.10.2025. 4.Recording the said submission, this petition stands closed.
