The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, registered under sections 147, 149, 186, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are 24 named accused persons in the F.I.R and allegations are made that about 100 persons were present at the spot and they were agitating against the administration. She submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation is there of pelting stones upon the administration. 5. Considering that allegations are made against 100 persons and 24 named accused persons and petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition and there is general and omnibus allegation, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
