TURAGA SAI SURYA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.150 of 2021 on the file of Narsapuram rural Police Station, West Godavari District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Narsapuram rural Police Station, West Godavari District wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet on 25.08.2021 vide C.C.No.152 of 2021 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Junior First Class Magistrate, Narasapuram and that the case is posted to 04.03.2025 for the appearance of the accused. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.152 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Junior First Class Magistrate, Narasapuram, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
