A perusal of the A-diary extract would indicate that enquiry is yet to be commenced in the above IDOP. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that respondent/wife has filed SMOP.No.375 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur for restitution of conjugal rights. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Ponraj would submit that the counter has been filed. Therefore, both IDOP and SMOP have to be heard together. 5. Considering the fact that the pleadings in both IDOP and SMOP have been completed and the matter is ready for enquiry, the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur is directed to conduct a joint trial of IDOP.No.391 of 2022 and SMOP.No.375 of 2023 and dispose of the same within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed.
