The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.0026/2024, registered at Police Station – Mahila Thana, District Ambikapur (Surguja), Chhattisgarh, for the offence punishable under Section 498A & 506 of the IPC. 2 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to revive the same, if occasion arises in future as earlier the applicant has challenged the FIR bearing Crime No.0026/2024 by way of CRMP No.2123 of 2024, which is still pending for consideration before this Court, however, vide order dated 07.08.2024 this Court has stayed the arrest of the applicants. 3.
