While placing on record communication dated Nil, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh alongwith copy of office order dated 18.08.2025, learned Additional Advocate General states that the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. Having perused the aforesaid communication as well as the copy of office order dated 18.08.2025, which are taken on record, this Court finds that Sh. Atma Ram, JBT, has been transferred/adjusted from Government Primary School, Jubiyali Dhar, Education Block Ronhat to Government Primary School, Mandoli, Education Block, Sangrah vice Sh. Anil Kumar, JBT. Sh. Anil Kumar, JBT has been further transferred to Government Primary School, Kashlog, Education Block Sangrah. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and, accordingly, same is disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the applicant/ petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated.
