2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Topchanchi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1469 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(3), 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. N. Ekka, learned J.M., Dhanbad.
3. During the intervening night of 04/05.04.2025, Topchanchi Police apprehended co-accused Sujeet Kumar Mahto who was travelling on a stolen motorcycle. Sujeet Kumar Mahto confessed that he has sold the stolen motorcycle to the Petitioner Jagarnath Rajwar @ Buchu Mistri.
4. During the course of investigation, implication of petitioner Jagarnath Rajwar @ Buchu Mistri and Raju Kumar Das came to light.
5. It was submitted that on the pointing out of this petitioner, four motorcycles were recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about four months. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. N. Ekka, learned J.M., Dhanbad, in connection with Topchanchi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1469 of 2025.
