GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in making payment of Rs.20,42,736/- due to the petitioner for the execution of works in Komarole Village & Mandal, Prakasam District vide agreement dated 22.07.2023. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical & Health by placing on record the instructions of the District Medical & Health Officer, Prakasam District vide Rc.No.W.P.No.28344/2025/BPHU, dated 07.08.2026 submitted that the authorities had approved the file for payment of Rs.20,42,736/- to the petitioner and the same was submitted to the Bank for clearing of the payment and sought three (03) months time for completion of the process. 3. Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting the time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. RC,J W.P.No.28344 of 2025 4 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to make payment of Rs.20,42,736/- to the petitioner, as earlier as possible, at any rate not later than three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate its claim for interest before appropriate Forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
