The petitioners are before this Court, seeking for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order/proceedings dated 28/03/2024 passed by the 3rd respondent available as at ANNEXURE-A in so far as petitioners are concern in the interest of justice. (ii) Declare that the petitioner was duly elected as President and Vice-President of the 2nd Respondent Society, in the interest of justice. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:15683 WP No. 10622 of 2024 (iii) Alternatively issue direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 30.03.2024 as at Annexure-F and pass necessary orders declaring the petitioners as duly elected a President and Vice- president of the 2nd Respondent Society, in the interest of justice. (iv) Direct the respondent No.3 to hold meeting and provide opportunity to the petitioners to prove their majority, in the interest of justice and equity. (v) Issue such other writ, order or direction as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Despite the order dated 14.03.2025, none appeared for the petitioners, nor has the process fee been paid. 3. It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
