The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.770 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 22.04.2025 at about 6:06 a.m., two unknown persons opened blank fire outside Ghaghidih Central Jail, Jamshedpur. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Parsudih P.S.
