(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 18.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that sum of Rs.1,81,125/- and Rs.3,63,975/- on account of DCRG and leave encashment, stand paid to the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed.
