Nawaz, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner was granted interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 09.01.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Rakibul Hassan has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Raha P.S. Case No. 136/2024 and has submitted that though there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the Case Diary, however, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 has already been recorded. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have gone through the Case Diary. Since it appears that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co- operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 09.01.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 5.
