It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur that Report is received from the Officer Incharge of Kachua Police Station, District-Nagaon wherein it is reported that no case is pending and registered against the present petitioner under the said police station. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if a case is registered against the present petitioner. Further, the interim protection granted to the present petitioner dated 19.12.2024 is accordingly stands vacated. Report dated 18.08.2025 be kept as a part of the record.
