T S RAYALU The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 20697 of 2020 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action against the Respondents 5 and 6 who are interfering with the personal life and liberty of the Petitioner and their matrimonial life and also harassing the Petitioners and also not taking any action against the Respondents 5 and 6 for their high handed and illegal acts towards the Petitioners and their matrimonial life and also not providing protection is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of article 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India and pass…” 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent-Police are not calling the petitioners to the police station, except once i.e., only on the day of counseling. He further represented that it is a love marriage between the petitioners and they need protection from their parents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to attend the cause of the petitioners in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
