Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that a petition was filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and this Court passed an order and concerned Court shall defer its proceedings till the next date of hearing and when already approached this Court by filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and such an order has been passed, question of modification of the condition does not arise and also in the case on hand, the order is very clear that - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17792 CRL.P No. 4694 of 2025 the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without prior permission of the Court till the disposal of the case registered against her and no such application was filed before the Trial Court seeking permission of the Court and without filing such application before the Court, the present petition is filed and in view of the proceedings already been initiated by the petitioner before this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and also interim protection was given, question of considering this petition does not arise. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court after the disposal of the petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and approaching the Trial Court seeking permission.
