The petitioner is apprehending his arrest for the alleged offences registered under Sections 316(4) and 318(4) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that Rs.10,00,000/- was transferred in the account of the petitioner from the account of school of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Mohanpur. He further submits that however Rs.6,00,000/- was returned in the account of the school and further Rs.4,00,000/- was also deposited in the school and that has come in the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of withdrawing the amount from the account of the said school. 5. Looking into contents of the FIR, it transpires that Rs.6,00,000/- has been deposited and Rs.4,00,000/- was further deposited and for 2025:JHHC:29271 2 that the petitioner has filed the copy of the account statement before the learned Sessions Judge. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
