PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.,) has been filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings against him in Crime No.99 of 2019 of Seethanagaram Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Seethanagaram Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, which reads as follows:- “During the course of investigation that accused was served 41(A) Cr.P.C. on 28.11.2018 and obtained compliance from him. Investigation has been completed. Case was filed charge sheet against accused on 31.07.2019 and it is PT vide CC.No.30/2022, Dt.04.11.2022. This case was convicted on 06.03.2024 at Hon’ble III A.J.F.CM Court, Rajamahendravaram. Accused shall pay fine of Rs.10,000/- in default of payment of fine the accused shall undergo simple imprisonment of 15 days. The bail bonds of the accused if any shall be in force for a period of six months as per section 437-A of Cr.P.C. M.O.1/cash shall be confiscated to the state and M.O.2/Motorcycle which was given to the interim custody of defacto complainant is made absolute.” 3.
