GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 16.01.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Mayonkui Ngalung, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] The petitioner who represented Harvalung (HV) Clan submitted a represented dated 11.12.2023 to the Deputy Commmissioner, Kamjong District, Manipur for finalization of resettlement in the village which was displaced during the year 1992 to 1993. It is stated that the representation is still pending with the authority. [3] By the present writ petition, the petitioner approached this Court for a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Kamjong District to dispose of the representation dated 11.12.2023 by a speaking order within a stipulated time. [4] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition may be disposed of by issuing necessary direction as prayed for. [5] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent, has no objection in passing an innocuous order as prayed for. [6] Recording the submissions made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Kamjong District to dispose of the pending representation dated 11.12.2023 by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
