Akashdeep Goel & Ors.) within a time bound period of 3 months, in the interest of justice.; 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Principal District Judge Jagdalpur Bastar to allow the plaintiff no 1 to appear in person through video conferencing in day to day hearings; 10.3 Any other relief, including the cost of this petition, as it appears to be fit and appropriate to this Hon'ble Court may kindly be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the a civil suit bearing No. A/1/2018 (Aditya Goel & Anr. us. Akashdeep Goel & Ors.) is pending consideration before the learned Principle District Judge, Bastar, District - Jagdalpur. The suit was filed in the year 06/11/2017 and still has not been concluded despite an order passed by this Court dated 27/09/2023 passed in M.A. No. 69/2022 in which this Court has directed that the said suit shall presided within a period of 09 months from the date of appearance i.e. 4/10/2023. As suit could not be decided, this writ petition seeking for the above stated reliefs. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. As this Court has already directed the learned District Judge to decide the suit within a period of 09 months, this Court is not inclined to pass a separate direction for disposal of the civil suit. It is expected that the learned District Judge shall adhere to the order passed by this Court in M.A. No. 62/2022 dated 27/09/2022. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
