Petitioners are present in person and they have been duly identified by their counsel. 2. This criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the private respondent Nos.4 to 9 as they are apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that both the petitioners are major and have solemnized marriage on their own free will. Copy of marriage certificate and registration certificate dated 28.03.2022 has been annexed with the writ petition. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners are living peacefully as husband and wife but family members and relatives who are respondent Nos.4 to 9 are not happy with their marriage. It is further submitted that the petitioners are receiving continuous threats from the private respondents, therefore, they should be protected. Learned counsel contends that the petitioners have submitted report before the Station House Officer Police Station Ramgarh Pachwara, District Dausa and Superintendent of Police also, but no action has been taken by both of them in this regard. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 5. As per the certificate of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, the date of birth of petitioner No.1-Parul Sharma is 14.01.2000 and date of birth of petitioner No.2-Sunil Sharma is [2025:RJ-JP:23558] (3 of 3) [CRLW-808/2025] 05.08.1994. The Educational Certificate regarding date of birth is taken on record. 6. In view of the above factual averments, petitioners are directed to file appropriate application seeking protection before respondent no.3-Superintendent of Police, District Dausa and respondent No.2 is directed to provide protection to the petitioners, if any application is filed before him and he would ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners. 7. The Criminal Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 8. It is made clear that this order shall not prejudice/affect any other legal proceedings initiated between the parties. (ASHUTOSH KUMAR (V.
