By way of this petition, the applicant has made following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed, that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and modify the said order dated 11.03.2025 by placing the necessary changes as prayed by the applicant. ” 2. It has been stated in the application that on 11.03.2025 the Hon'ble Court has disposed off the matter and allowed the petition of the petitioner but due to the typographical mistake by the counsel of the petitioner, in the cause title of the memo of the writ petition the nomenclature of the respondent no. 3 and 4 was wrongly mentioned and the same was copied in the cause title of the order of this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is typographical mistake in the cause title of the order. The nomenclature of the respondent no. 3 should have been "Chief Medical & Health officer, Gariyaband, District Gariyaband (C.G.)" instead of "Chief Medical & Health officer, Kondagaon, District- Kondagaon (C.G.)" and the nomenclature of the respondent no. 4 should have been "Block Medical Officer, Block Gariyaband, 3 District Gariyaband (C.G.)" instead of "Block Medical Officer, Block-Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (C.G.)." 4. No objection has been raised from other side to the modification sought for. 5. Accordingly, the order dated 11.03.2025 passed in WPS No. 196/2025 is modified as under:- (i) In the cause title of the order in place of respondent No. 3 following is substituted: “Chief Medical & Health Officer, Gariyaband, District- Gariyaband, (C.G.).” (ii) In the cause title of the order in place of respondent No. 4 following is substituted: “Block Medical Officer, Block- Gariyaband, District- Gariyaband (C.G.).” 6.
