Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. 3. On 12.06.2025 at about 12.45 pm, Ghaghra Police on the basis of confidential information, apprehended this petitioner along with another co-accused from a place near Devi Mandap Road. On search, 5.20 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra P.S.
