This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the Respondents particularly Res. Nos.3rd /4th is illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioners without committing any criminal offence and further direct the 2nd respondent to initiate enquiry against the 3rd/4th respondent for causing bleeding injuries by manhandling illegally in the police station.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
