Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition in view of some inadvertent mistakes crept in the writ petition, with the liberty to file afresh. Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Finance Department for the respondent nos. 1 – 4 and Mr. B. Chakraborty, learned Standing Counsel, Accountant General [A&E] for the respondent no. 5 are present and have submitted that they have no objection to the said prayer. In view of the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with the liberty, as prayed for.
