ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering and trying to dispossess the petitioner from the lands to an extent of Ac.0.20 Cents in Sy.No.11/2D, Ac.0.20 in Sy.No.11/2C, Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.11/3E Ac.0.09 Cents in Sy.No.31/3C and Ac.0.22 Cents in Sy.No.31/4C at Peddakurabalapalli Village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, without issuing notification under the provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for acquiring the land of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article-14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere and dispossess the petitioner from the agricultural land measuring an extent Ac.0.20 Cents in Sy.No.11/2D, Ac.0.20 in Sy.No.11/2C, Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.11/3E Ac.0.09 Cents in Sy.No.31/3C and Ac.0.22 Cents in Sy.No.31/4C at Peddakurabalapalli Village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District and pass such other

2. The 3rd respondent/Tahsildar, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District was addressed a letter, dated 25.06.2025 to the learned Government Pleader for Assignment (form part of record). Upon careful review of the said proceedings, it is observed that one Sri Muniratnam, S/o.Chinna Subbanna, has filed ROR appeal vide Roc.A/43/2025, dated --.06.2025 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kuppam requesting the cancellation of the pattadar passbook issued in favour of the petitioner. It is further noted that the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.0.20 cents in Sy.No.11/2D, Ac.0.20 cents in
4 Sy.No.11/2C, Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.11/3E, Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.31/3C and Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.31/4C at Peddakurabalapalli Village has not been disturbed and there is no alienation. Land acquisition proposals are pending with the regard to the subject land.
3. In view of the statement made in the said proceedings, dated 25.06.2025, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, at the admission stage, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land, without following the due process of law.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
