FIR No. Dated Police Sta/on Sec/ons 33 14.01.2025 Krishana Gate, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra 20 of NDPS Act The pe oner incarcerated in the FIR cap oned above, has come up before this Court under Sec on 482 BNSS seeking an cipatory bail. 2. A perusal of the pe on reveals that the pe oner is silent about criminal antecedents. However, State counsel counsel submits that as per her instruc ons, five other cases are pending against him out of which four cases fall under the category of NDPS Act. 3. At this stage, counsel for the pe oner wants to withdraw the present pe on with liberty to file fresh pe on a7er disclosing all criminal antecedents . 4. Given above, the present pe on stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present pe on shall not come in pe oner’s way, in case, fresh pe on is filed. All pending miscellaneous applica ons, if any, stand disposed of.
