By means of the present application under Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur to expedite the proceedings and to decide the Case No. 138 of 2018 (Ramchandra v. the then Manager, Bank of Baroda, Branch Madiyahu, District- Jaunpur and others), under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is complainant of the aforesaid case, which was filed in the year 2018. The statements of complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and of witnesses under Section 202 Cr.P.C. have already been recorded but the matter on the point of summoning has not been decided so far and thus, a direction may be made to the concerned court to expedite the hearing and to decide the matter on the point of summoning, expeditiously within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the matter on the point of summoning (under Section 203/204 Cr.P.C. as the case may be), as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
